跟单信用证
跟单信用证受益人收款时，除提交汇票外(有时按规定可不开汇票)，还需提供规定的单据的信用证。最初，单据是指货运单据，银行垫款就以这种单据所代表的货物作抵押。但是随着业务的发展和银行经营水平的提高，现在单据的概念已经包括任何单据。具体说，单据指代表货物产权的书面凭据或证明货物已发运的书面凭据。代表货物产权的单据有提货单、保险单和仓单等。证明货物已发运的单据有铁路运单、邮包收据等。在国际贸易中，买卖双方对货物的交接和货款的结算是通过各种单据的转移实现的。卖方装运货物后，必须向买方提交有关单据，这些单据格式必须符合信用证上的有关规定，而且各种单据间须彼此一致，不得相互矛盾，这祥才有权向买方请求偿付。在国际贸易实务中，一般都使用跟单信用证。
