性质:在流化过程中,当气速高于带出速度,固体颗粒便被带出。把带出的颗粒沿一根垂直管道向上运动,这根管道称为提升管。提升管主要有两种用途。一是用于固体颗粒输送;一是作为反应器,亦称为提升管反应器,催化剂和气相原料在提升管中停留时进行反应,在出口处反应产物与催化剂分离。催化剂经再生后又重新进入提升管,构成一循环流化床反应系统。提升管反应器的主要优点是返混较小,效率高,结构简单。目前的催化裂化装置都采用提升管反应器。
