援救溺水者的应急措施。有间接救生和直接救生两种。前者以向溺水者抛掷救生圈、竹竿或绳索等救生器材进行救护；后者由救援者从背后游近溺水者，并将其拖带上岸。溺水者被拖带上岸后，应立即实施紧急医疗救护。
