主料:鳕鱼
辅料:法香、面包糠、芹菜、胡萝卜、彩椒、鸡蛋、洋葱、柠檬、面粉
调料:盐、胡椒粉、沙拉酱
烹制方法:
1、将鳕鱼切成块,加入盐、胡椒粉、面粉,柠檬汁、鸡蛋液腌制片刻备用,芹菜、胡萝卜、彩椒分别切成丁入水焯熟;
2、将法香切碎,一半放入沙拉酱中拌匀,一半放入面包糠中拌匀,取鱼块沾匀面包糠入锅中炸熟捞出,食用时搭配沙拉酱与蔬菜调成的塔塔酱即可。
特点:色泽金黄,汁味新鲜。
