    双分型面注射模亦称三开摸,如图34所示。它的动作原理是,定距拉扳8固定在定模座板14上,限位钉10固定在活动板15上。开模后在弹簧U的作用下,A面首先分型。活动板15与定摸座摄14分开并随动模部分移动,把主浇迈凝料从浇口套13中拉出。当限位钉10与定臣拉板8长槽底部接触后.活动板15便停止移动,这时B面分型。因模内的塑件篮抱型芯9,所以,塑件随型芯9继续移动,这时点浇口拉断。当动模部分移动到一定的位置时,注射机的顶杆推动推板3.使与之固定在一起的推杆固定板4及推扦2运动,推动推件板16将塑件由型芯9上推出。
