太阳腑病 太阳腑病 病证名。亦称太阳腑证。由太阳经邪热不解，内传膀胱所致。有蓄水与蓄血两类病变。太阳证邪热随经入腑，热与水结，膀胱气化失职，证见口渴，烦躁、不得眠，脉浮，小便不利，水入即吐，为膀胱蓄水证，治宜五苓散。太阳邪热与瘀血结于下焦少腹部位，其人如狂或发狂，少腹急结或硬满，小便自利，脉沉涩或沉结，为膀胱蓄血证，量其轻重，治宜桃仁承气汤或抵当汤、抵当丸。详见伤寒蓄水证、伤寒蓄血证条。
