Factors influencing oil yield and wax yield such as raw material property,product property and five parts of ketone-benzol dewaxing & deoiling unit including crystallization,freezing,vacuum tightness,filtering and solvent recovery were analyzed.
对酮苯脱蜡脱油装置结晶、冷冻、真空密闭、过滤和溶剂回收五个单元、原料性质、产品性质等多个影响油收率和蜡收率的相关因素进行分析后,筛选出9个影响因素,利用操作数据台帐和SPSS软件对相关因素进行多元线性回归,建立数学模型,此模型通过检验达到了生产关键操作参数定量化并能预测产品收率。
