鸡 半只

脱脂奶 4杯

红枣 4粒

姜 2片

做法:

1. 鸡洗净,去皮、去肥羔和内脏,沥乾水备用。

2. 鸡放入磙水略煮约5分钟,取出切成大件。

3. 红枣洗净去核。

4. 姜去皮洗净,切片。

5. 将鸡件、红枣及姜放入炖盅内,注入脱脂奶,盖上盅盖隔水炖约2小时,即成。

鸡肉含有丰富维他命b2(核黄素),有助保护神经系统,防止皮肤和眼睛发炎。鸡肉的维他命a含量更是牛肉和猪肉的10倍,有增强抵抗力的功效。

健康小tips

牛奶加热时不宜加糖,因牛奶中的赖氨酸和白糖中的果糖,在高温下会形成一种物质,破坏牛奶中的蛋白质,以致不能被人体消化和利用。改善方法是等热奶放凉後,再加入糖。
