性质:工业上分级吸附操作只限于处理稀薄的溶液,其中溶质比溶液中其他组分有更强的吸附能力,很容易地进行吸附分离。一般用于从稀溶液中回收有价值的溶质,如用活性炭从卤水中分离碘化物,然后用氧化法把此碘化物氧化得到碘。从溶液中脱除污染物也可以使用此法。以三段逆流吸附为例,参见附图(图暂缺),对整个级联作物料衡算,得其操作线方程为:m(x1-xn+1)=V(c0-cn),此即是级联的操作线方程。其中c为溶液浓度,m为吸附剂量,V为溶液量,x为吸附剂中吸附质浓度,下标为级的序号。如平衡曲线已知,在x~c坐标上作图,即可得出各级溶液或吸附剂的浓度和吸附溶液。
