性质:材料在拉伸应力松弛试验过程中,只有在测量应力时才被拉伸,其他时间处于自由状态的一种应力松弛试验。交链高聚物在作应力松弛试验过程中,既有断链发生,也有新的交联产生。在间歇应力松弛试验中,试样在测量应力后立即恢复到自由状态。这样,在该时新交联的链段在下次受到拉伸时就会对应力作出贡献。因此,间歇应力松弛比连续应力松弛慢,有时甚至出现应力回升现象。利用两者的这种差别可以估算材料在试验过程中的交联速度。
