性质:又称Rb基因。是一特定的DNA片段。系首次分离到的抑癌基因(tumor suppressor gene)。正常人都有完整的Rb基因。Rb基因的部分缺失,不但可引起视网膜母细胞瘤,并且还证明诸如结肠癌等可检出Rb基因的缺陷。Rb基因位于13号染色体,有200Kb大小,含有27个外显子,编码928个氨基酸。
