Since 1998,we have engaged in research on Lamilloy to improve its cooling effectiveness.
在大尺寸低速风洞中采用红外热成像仪对 3种应用于涡轮叶片的典型多孔层板结构进行了冷却有效性的实验研究 ,通过开发的红外热像仪程序包获得了层板表面详细的壁温分布和冷效分布 ,运用参数分析了层板结构参数对其冷却有效性的影响。

在大尺寸低速回流风洞中对应用于涡轮叶片的2种绕流结构4块单双层多孔层板进行了流阻特性和冷却有效性的实验研究,结果表明多孔层板有很高的冷却有效性,流阻的大小和冷却有效性的高低主要取决于多孔层板的开孔率,开孔率越大,流阻越小,冷却有效性越高。

Combined with the permeability and heat transfer properties of lamilloy configurations obtained by experiments,a onedimensional porous wall thermal heat transfer model was applied to the analysis of the mass flow rate,and the overall cooling effectiveness of different lamilloys according to the pressure drop between the two sides.
基于一维多孔材料内传热理论,建立层板冷却的理论模型,应用由实验获得的各种层板结构的流阻和换热特性,由层板两侧的压差估算通过层板的冷气流量和层板结构的冷却有效性。
