性质:又称融合注入法。是使红细胞除去血红蛋白而成为中空细胞(ghost,外壳),然后再往这种中空细胞中注入活性物质的方法。在实验中,当需要往细胞中注入不能透过细胞膜的生理活性物质时常采用此方法。先将细胞制成中空细胞,再往透析管中加入欲注入的活性物质。取代血红蛋白而进入红细胞内。于等渗液中进行透析,使红细胞的细胞膜恢复原状,活性物质便被封存在细胞内。最后可采用仙台病毒对制备好的外壳细胞与目的细胞进行融合。人、狗及豚鼠等哺乳类动物的红细胞不内被封存的物质相当稳定。
