性质:对传统的天然气蒸汽转化传统方法的革新以达到了增产节能的效果。主要革新:(1)一段转化炉采用换热式,出二段转化炉的高温气体不用于产生高压蒸汽,用作一段转化炉所需热量的加热介质;(2)一段转化炉采用较温和的转化温度,二段转化炉加入过量空气,工艺气中过量的氮采用深冷或变压吸附法除去;(3)降低一段转化炉的H2O/C,由3.5降至2.7左右,需要采用适当低H2O/C的转化催化剂。
