性质:在萃取过程中或萃取后都需要将混合的互不相溶或基本上互不相溶的两液相(萃取相和萃余相)分开,实现这种分相的设备称为液液分离器。利用重力分相的称为澄清器,混合相在重力的作用下,由于重度的不同,重相向下,轻相向上,逐渐分开为两相。利用离心力分相的称为旋流分离器,为无外加能量,仅靠自身动能产生离心力的水力旋流器,依靠外加能量产生离心力而分相的,如离心萃取器中的分相部分。
