| 铌铁矿 columbite 铁、锰、铌的氧化物矿物。成分为（Fe，Mn）Nb2O6。含Nb2O578.88％，提取铌的主要矿物原料。常与钽铁矿（铌常被钽所置换）呈类质同象系列。正交（斜方）晶系，晶体呈板状或短柱状。集合体呈块状。褐黑至黑色，半金属光泽。具清晰的板状解理，莫氏硬度6，比重5。随钽含量增高，硬度和比重增大。产于花岗岩和花岗伟晶岩中，常与绿柱石、电气石等共生，也见于有关风化矿床和砂矿中。主要产地有挪威的阿纳罗德，德国的巴伐利亚，格陵兰，美国的黑山、斯坦迪什，巴西的米纳斯吉拉斯。中国广西栗木锡矿也是大型铌铁矿床。新疆阿尔泰有数千克重的铌铁矿晶体产出。 |
