Design and Analysis of Switch-Mode Power Supply Based on Bipolar Process;

A high speed,wideband operational amplifier is presented in the paper,which is based on bipolar process.

The T/H circuit based on complementary bipolar process makes use of a fully differential architecture.

After a brief analysis of the advantages of polysilicon emitter bipolar transistors, a new technological process for the transistors is designed in this paper according to the bipolar technology available in our country, and the layout of a minimum size transistor is represented.

The conclusion is that the washing ability of cooling liquid is definitive affecting on the raising of cutting technical indices in HSWEDM.

Considering the actual background in mineral processing plant,a system is designed to determine the technical indices of each section based on the technology of case-based reasoning.

Analysis of the factors influencing the EDM process indexes;

The measures include updating the accessories of the oxygen-analyzer,the rectifier,adding apparatus for ammonia flushing and controlling the process indexes.

The flowsheet and equipment of grinding were reformed to overcome these defects and energy consumption ,Equipments installing and the all process indexes of the reformed process are improved.

This paper analyses the influence factors of technological indexes for die & mould machining quality ,and introduces improvement measures in wire cutting.
