According to the analysis and research of the monitoring data of the water quality of Dongping Lake and the statistical data of pollution sources of Dawen river valley, the results indicate that suspended matters and sand picking trade have been the biggest influence factor on the pollution accidents of Dongping Lake.

Those fishery law enforcement organizations' administerial authorities upon fishery contamination accident should be stated or authorized by laws & regulations.
