Based on the characteristics analysis of the torpedo launching noise , and by means of calculating the hit probabilities of torpedo on different distance if the target-ship maneuvers to avoid torpedo attack, the effect of the launching noise on torpedo attack efficiency is analyzed and the measures taken to eliminate the negative effect are provided in the paper.
