Imbricate-floor is a new form of chute floor structure,this new structure can not only reduce the cavitation erosion,but also has a ability to adapt to a great deformation of the rockfill,therefore it is adopted in many overflow concrete face rockfill dams.

又称“腹脏突出重叠修补术”。是修复膈肌的一种方法。手术在气管插管全麻下进行，经标准后外侧切口进胸，仔细游离横膈至肋膈角，切开膨出的横膈膜部，分离其下与之粘连的腹腔脏器，切除多余的松弛的膜状横膈，将两边横膈重叠间断缝合。手术效果多较满意。
