《1906年英国海上保险法》英国在1906年制定的海上保险法规。由于这个法规是处理海上保险业务的根据，因此，在国际海上保险业中影响很大。英国海上保险法共94条，分为保险利害关系、保险价值等16个部分。其主要内容是:①明确每上保险合同的含义，规定与航海有关的内水、内陆等风险都属于每上保险承保的责任范围，对海上保险合同中可保财产和海上风险划定界限。②确定海上保险的可保利益和可保价值计算原则。③每上保险单具备的内容及分类。④根据绝对诚信原则，确立宣告与冻述的规定以及被保险人必须遵守的保证条款。⑤双重保险的含义和处理方法。⑥保险人赔偿后应取得的代位求偿权。⑦损失、委廿和部分损失的处理原则及补偿的限度。⑧保险单的转让和保险资的收取、退费的规定等。长期以来《1906年英国海上保险法》力世界许多国家所引用，虽然目前海上保险业发展很快，许多情况览生了变化，但是它的原则和规定仍为各国保险界所应用。
