After analyzing the weldability of galvanized steel plate with seam welding,the application of general seam welding machine instead of special purpose one in welding of galvanized oil - tank is studied, the measure of preventing electrode from adhesion of Zn and Cu- Zn alloy is put forward.
分析了镀Zn钢板缝焊的焊接性,进而研究了使用普通缝焊机替代专用设备焊接镀Zn油箱的新工艺,提出了避免滚轮电极粘附Zn及Cu-Zn合金对焊接不良影响的措施,并在生产实践中得到了应用,取得了良好的经济效益。
