Methods Tentorium cerebelli hiatus incision was performed in 38 patients of severe brain injury with secondary brain stem damage resulted from tentorial herniation after intracranial hematoma evacuation and bone flap craniotomy decompression.

小肠穿过肠系膜孔而形成的疝，属腹内疝。严格讲其不能称为疝，因不具有疝囊。可为先天性，也可为创伤后或手术后遗留，小肠穿过系膜孔后容易发生狭窄或扭转，临床症状为急性机械性肠梗阻的表现。与粘连带所致的梗阻相似。诊断只能在手术时证实。治疗为手术复位并闭合肠系膜孔。
