Podou Zhuangzo.JI耙斗装载机(seraper一type loader)绞车钢绳牵引耙斗往复运动耙取破碎矿岩经装车台卸人矿车的地下装载机。主要用于煤矿平巷、料井及金属矿的斜井(倾角<35“)掘进装载，适用于净高)Zm、断面)5耐的巷道。具有结构简单、工作平稳、运转可靠、生产率高等特点。 整机由扒矿机和装车台两大部分组成(见图)。装车台由进料槽、中间槽、卸料槽和台车组成。进料槽有升降装置，装载时放下，行走时抬起，簸箕口前端两侧有铰接挡板，可调节开口大小，以引导耙斗进人进料槽。台车分为轨轮式和轮胎式，前者用机车牵引，后者用绞车牵引或自行(用于露天装载时)。扒矿双筒绞车装在中间槽下面的机架上，首绳绕过卸料槽后部导向轮连结到耙斗柄部，尾绳绕过导向轮后经工作面尾滑轮连结到耙斗前壁上。 工作时装车台用卡轨器固定在轨道上或用锚杆固定在底板上，尾滑轮锚固在工作面壁上或柱桩上，起动绞车，操作首绳卷筒旋转，耙斗借自重插人岩堆，并沿底板移动把破碎的矿岩扒人进料槽，经卸料槽装人矿车内。操作尾绳卷筒旋转，牵引耙斗返回工作面岩堆，完成扒取循环。 中国生产的扒矿机斗容为0.15一。.9m3，功率为10一45kw，机重为2.9一8.7t，生产能力为15~1 SOm3/h。蔺葬筑 耙斗装载机 1尾滑轮:之一尾绳:3把斗:4首绳;5进料槽6中间槽 7卸料槽;8一导向轮;9支褪;l(}丰轨器;11绞车;12台屯
