工作原理:
   当湿物料进入干燥器内,高湿物料被转动的筒壁上的抄板抄起到顶部落下,在下落的过程中经过破碎装置的打击破碎,热风从物料表面穿过进行传热和传质。大块物料在反复抄起落下的过程中,不断被打碎成小颗粒,表面积不断增加并与热风接触、干燥,直至破碎成细小的颗粒,达到要求的水份排出;被热风夹带的细粉由收尘装置收集。
