In the program of the national land resources survey "Mineral prospective study of Yinajia-Xiaomaochang area in Guizhou",by the geochemical rock measurement in the key mineralization area,it received good geologic exploration result,it carried out the way to do the geochemical rock measurement in the lead-zinc deposit where the surface were destroyed by human.

Pointing to the particularity of the thodolite,the proposal of compiling technical report of setting up the measurement standard for the theodolite verification equipment is put forward in this paper.
