| 蛋白质纤维 protein fibres 从天然蛋白质制成的性质类似羊毛的纤维。羊毛、蚕丝等为天然蛋白质纤维。1866年英国人E.E.休斯首先成功地从动物胶中制出人造蛋白质纤维。他将动物胶溶于乙酸，在硝酸酯的水溶液中凝固抽丝，然后以亚铁盐溶液脱硝，进一步加工得到蛋白质纤维，但未工业化。1935年意大利弗雷蒂才用牛乳内提取的奶酪素制成人造羊毛。天然蛋白质制成的蛋白质纤维与羊毛的性质差不多 。基本结构单元都是氨基酸，以酰胺键（肽键）结合在一起的高分子。比天然羊毛优越之处在于不易皱缩，不易虫蛀，易保存；缺点是保暖性及柔软性较天然羊毛差些。工业生产蛋白质纤维的主要原料是乳酪素、花生蛋白及大豆蛋白等。 |
