Objective To compare the difference of the apoptosis and expression of apoptotic related genes bcl-2 and bax protein in intestinal epithelium of distal ileum and proximal colon of rat with sever acute pancreatitis and investigate the protective effect of somatostatin on intestinal mucosal mechanical barrier.
目的比较重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)大鼠末段回肠及右半结肠起始段粘膜上皮细胞凋亡及凋亡相关基因bcl-2、bax蛋白表达的差异和生长抑素对肠粘膜机械屏障的保护作用。
