基本材料 菠菜500克，猪肉100克，香菜、胡萝卜、豆油少许，酱油、醋、蒜、精盐、味精、花椒面各适量。
做法：1.将菠菜摘洗干净，开水焯一下，捞出，用手轻轻攥去水分，切成段，放在盘里。
2.将胡萝卜切成细丝，用开水焯一下，捞出，控去水分，放在菠菜段上。
3.将香菜切成末，放在菠菜段上。将猪肉切成细丝，备用。
4.锅内放入豆油，油热下肉丝快速煸炒，加入花椒面、酱油，即刻出锅，倒入盘里。
5.将醋、精盐、味精、蒜泥加入，调拌均匀，即可食用。
