性质:以镍铬为主的白口铸铁。镍硬1号含(%):C3.0~3.6, Si0.3~0.5, Mn0.3~0.7, Ni3.3~4.8, Cr1.5~2.6; 镍硬2号含(%):C≤2.9,Si 0.3~0.5, Mn0.3~0.7, Ni3.3~5.0, Cr1.4~2.4; 镍硬4号含(%):C2.6~3.2, Si1.8~2.0, Mn0.4~0.6, Ni5.0~6.5, Cr8.0~9.0。它们均以马氏体为主,尚有一定的贝氏体和奥氏体。它们的硬度较高,镍硬1号为HRC53~61,镍硬2号为HRC52~59,镍硬4号为HRC53~63。镍硬铸铁最好用电炉熔化,便于控制成分和浇注温度,通常均需进行热处理。镍硬铸铁广泛用于低抗磨损,如轧辊、衬板、磨煤机的磨辊和磨环、输送管道、杂质泵过流部件等。
