ehangfang gouj旧n Chaosheng一ianCe厂房构件超声检测(vltrasonle testing ofeomponenr part of inedustrial building)利用弹性波(声波)在介质中的传播特性对馄凝土构件进行无损检测的厂房安全检查方法。检测设备包括发射换能器、接收换能器和显示读数单元。检测时，发射换能器发出一定频率和振幅的超声波，经混凝土传播至接收换能器，利用传波速度、振幅衰减等参数，评价混凝土的内部质量。 声波在固体介质中的传播速度为: c一磅式中价为介质形状修正系数，Ed为介质的弹性模量，p为介质密度。 由此可见，声波在一定形状的混凝土中的传播速度与混凝土的弹性模量和密度相关，而弹性模量、密度又与强度有关。因此，测定混凝土的声波传播速度，可以推断其强度。另外，由于混凝土存在裂缝、脆疏等缺陷，声波在传播途中将产生绕射、折射、反射等现象，行程加长，波速相应减小，振幅衰减增大。缺陷愈严重，这种情况愈显著。 由于材料的复杂性，不可能建立波速和振幅衰减与混凝土强度及其内部缺陷的定量关系。在实际应用中，一般是以合格混凝土的声速或振幅衰减梯度为标准，将被测对象的侧量结果与之比较，根据其相对变化的大小，评价被侧构件的质量。
