祖保机械用‘风机(fan肠r erop proteetion maehin柳)提供植保机械所需的压力气流，使药液雾化并物送雾流、粉流或粒剂等至目标物的部件。对某些机型(如背负式喷雾喷粉机)还可在药箱和管道中利用部分气流翰粉和对汽油机进行风冷等。 机动植保机械上采用的各种效率较高的风机.主要有离心式风机和轴流式风机。此外横流风机和空气压缩机等在植保机械上也有使用(图)。各种风机根据在植保机械上的不同用途，其转速、压力、风速等性能参数也有所区别。常用的各种风机技术参数范围见下表。 根据植保机械特点，要求风机体积小，重t轻，强度高，振动小，噪声低，便于移动作业，并须耐农药腐蚀。如手摇喷粉器上的离心风机，由于刁型、工艺成本要求低，故风机壳体大都采用圆筒形。对背负式喷雾喷粉机的小型高速风机，要求满足喷头出口风速在60米/秒以上，故动压应在1 960帕以上。多采用闭式叶轮.叶轮具有前向、后向、径向以及组合叶型等结构。为了冷却发动机和输送粉、液的需要，风机蜗壳多处开口引流。为了多种喷洒作业，风机出风口配有多套喷洒装且或附件。对大型风送植保机械多采用低风压、大风t轴流风机。雾流是通过泵和气流进行二次雾化。甚至不用整流而充分利用旋转气流增加对作物叶面的翻转能力，提高防治效果。对手持电动喷雾机多采用高速徽型风机，转速高达7 000转/分以上，功率由2瓦到几百瓦。风压较低，射程较短。(林光武)
