Study on dielectric properties of human breast tissues;

The phase-contrast imaging is used to study the structures of breast tissues.

In this paper,X-ray absorption near-edge structure(XANES) spectra of Ca,Fe and Zn of normal,benign and cancerous breast tissues are analyzed in XAFS station of Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility(BSRF).

ObjectWith techniques of 2-DE (Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis), the thesis analyzes the proteome of myasthenia gravis hyperplastic thymus tissue and screens the MG related proteins, which then identified by matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI -TOF-MS).

Establishment of DDRT-PCR System for goat and cow mammary gland

The specimens were divided into normal mammary glands( 15 cases), benign hyperplasia of mammary glands( 35 cases), atypical hyperplasia of mammary glands(12 cases) and breast cancers(155 cases).

Results showed that peak to early subtraction library was successfully built with cDNA from mammary gland of Xinong Saanen goat at the two lactation stages,and the subtraction efficiency was approximately 25 fold indicated by GAPDH;PCR analysis of the total 78 positive clones demonstrated that the cDNA inserts range largely from 150 bp to 1 000 bp;25 cDNA .
