性质:聚合物沉淀分级的一种形式。通常的聚合物沉淀分级都在聚合物稀溶液中恒温下滴加沉淀剂,在刚加到溶液混浊不退时为止,待其平衡一段时间后,取出分子量最大的级分。随后依次重复操作,可得分子量依次较小的级分。倒沉淀分级中则先加入大量沉淀剂沉出分子量大的和较大以及中等的级分,从留下的清液中沉淀出分子量最小的。随后将先前大量沉淀出的大、较大和中等分子量的沉淀再溶解,重复操作上述步骤,依次得到分子量逐渐增大的级分。本方法可避免习惯法中头几个级分对沉淀剂量非常敏感而需精细操作的难点。
