osteoclast
一种多核的大细胞，直径约100μm，可有40～50个或更多的细胞核。目前认为破骨细胞是由多个单核细胞融合而成，细胞核不再分裂。破骨细胞数量较少，约为成骨细胞的百分之一。它位于骨质表面的小凹陷内，能缓慢移动，在贴近骨质的一侧有纹状缘，细胞质内有许多大小不等的小泡，胞质染色为弱嗜碱性或嗜酸性。破骨细胞能溶解和吸收骨质，若破骨细胞离开骨质表面，其纹状缘消失，吸收骨质的作用也随即停止。
