11β羟化酶缺乏症


  病名。先天性肾上腺性异常综合征类型之一。指因11-β羟化酶缺乏而引起的雄激素过多表现,以男性性早熟、女性假两性畸形、高血压等症为主的一组综合征。其雄激素过多表现、实验室检查与21-羟化酶缺乏症一样(详见该条),但其还可导致特征性高血压,即男性性早熟、女性假两性畸形与高血压并存,肾上腺皮质功能减退危象一般不发生,其高血压特点为当使用糖皮质激素治疗后,能使之下降,停药后又可复升。实验室检查可见:尿中去氧皮质酮、17-酮类固醇、四氢11-去氧皮质醇大量增加,血浆皮质醇、尿醛固酮含量减少,血钾低、血钠升高,低钾性碱中毒。其治可详见先天性肾上腺性异常综合征条。
