磁共振成像术语。磁共振成像中，施加90°射频脉冲可使外磁场(B0)内的质子进动频率趋向一致(聚相)(以及低能级质子向高能级跃迁)，90°射频脉冲中止后，原有的质子进动相位一致性消失，横向磁化矢量逐渐减少，直至为零。此过程称失去相位，简称去相。
