The reason for corrosion-deposition and damage of a drum-type heating furnace was studied with XRD,scanning electron microscope with EDX,as well as measurement of mechanical properties.
利用X射线衍射法、电子显微镜及能谱、力学性能测试分析了筒式加热炉火管和烟管腐蚀结垢及损坏原因,结果表明,由于加热炉介质是从地下采集的未经过任何处理的含油污水,其中含有泥沙及一些矿物质,加热过程中在火管壁上沉积大量的垢和泥沙等悬浮物,使管壁的传热效率降低,使加热炉局部产生超温。

The analyses and measurements of chemical composition and mechanical properties of fire furnace tube showed that the tube cracking was caused by polythionic acid stress corrosion cracking.
