By studying the condition of the uniform energy drive about three meshed non-circle gears, speed ratio functions of the equal speed mechanism in the flying shear and pitch curve functions of non-circle gears were developed.
采用理论解析方法,提出了恒能传动非圆齿轮速比函数和节曲线方程的形式;又根据飞剪剪切工艺要求的匀速条件、确定了速比函数和节曲线方程中各常数项之间的关系和求解公式;进一步提出了设备使用时的正确调整方法,系统地完善了非圆齿轮匀速机构的设计理论。
