银团贷款 Syndicated Loan
定义：
一组银行合作提供资金，向一名借贷人借出非常大额的贷款。通常是由一家牵头银行承担贷款的一个小部分，然后将余额分配给其他银行。
解释：
又称joint loan或银行团贷款(consortium loan)，由于借款人所拟借的资金过大，银行受可贷资金，风险分散与法定授信额度的限制，故由数家金融机构筹措资金，而以相同条件贷款给借款人。联贷在欧州通货市场(Eurocurrency market)相当流行。联贷银行可分为首席银行(leading bank)，经理银行(managing bank)和参加银行(participating bank)。实务程序首先由首席银行和借款人协议，而后组成经理团(management group)来承办贷款，然后把有关贷款的资料说明书(placement memorandum)给有意参加的银行参考，此过程称为分货。通常首席及经理银行会保留50％~70%的承货金额。
