There were mainly two types of non-metallic inclusions in the steels,which were the MnS-MnO typed inclusions and TiN-VN typed inclusions.

The microstructure and non-metallic inclusions in the medium thickness CC slab of 135 mm were observed and analyzed by using optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy.
本文利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对鞍钢中薄板坯连铸连轧机组生产的135mm厚度铸坯的铸态组织结构和夹杂物形貌进行了检验分析,结果显示:中薄板坯的铸态组织结构与传统厚板坯相近,由表面细小等轴晶区、柱状晶区和心部等轴晶区三部分组成。
