性质:TPU 是一类在常温显示橡胶弹性,受热呈可塑性的线性聚氨酯材料。加热能软化熔融,冷却能固体化,并能反复进行。分子结构是由软段和硬段相间构成的线型嵌段共聚物。依其结构分为二类:全线性、微交联(NCO微过量)和微支链结构型(含微量交联剂)。其物理机械性能介于塑料与橡胶之间。可采用传统塑料加工方法成型制品。已广泛应用于汽车车体外部件、电缆护套、工业胶管、齿封件、运动器材等。
