针对宝钢分公司2050热轧精轧机扁头套使用寿命低的问题,分析了扁头套的自身质量及精度,扁头套与轧辊扁头间的间隙冲击扭振,工作辊直径误差等方面对精轧机扁头套失效的影响,进而制定提高扁头套的额定传递扭矩,减小间隙冲击扭振,减小工作辊的“上压”或“下压”等改进措施并加以实施,从而使扁头套的使用寿命提高了一倍。
