性质:颗粒物粒度分布模态之一。粒度分布的直径为0.05~2μm之间。大多由均相成核作用、核模粒子凝聚或气体化学转化生成的低挥发性蒸气而形成。在环境中不易扩散、碰撞而去除,亦不易转化为更大粒径的粗粒模粒子,常通过凝聚、降水冲刷而消失于大气中。人为活动产生的大部分二次颗粒物和大气中80%的硫酸盐颗粒均属此类。积聚模和核模的粒子合称为细粒子(小于2μm)。积聚模中很大一部分粒子是由核模粒转变而来的,与粗粒模之间一般较少相互转化。经研究得知,城市大气气溶胶的粒度分布多数属双模态,即只出现积聚模和粗粒模。
