行为婚姻疗法(behavioral familytheraPy)近年来以行为疗法和认知疗法的原理为理论基础而发展起来的一种婚姻治疗形式。由于各家的侧重面不同，其所采用的行为技术也不同。例如，奥理瑞(o’Leory，K.o.)和特克维茨(Tuikenilz，H.)认为，行为婚姻疗法是联合婚姻治疗的主要方法之一，应将夫妇联合聚会同时进行行为指导。里伯曼(Riberman，R.)认为，应采用正强化和消退技术，以及行为分析和订立协议对夫妇进行行为塑造。杰克逊(Jaeobson，N.S.)认为，应该在权变处理法形式的基础上，应用操作性条件反射和行为交流为主，兼以行为演练和反馈，行为相互交流和问题解决技巧。 (杨津广撰梁宝勇审)
