  分裂悄感性精神病(s。hizo一affeetivepsyehosis)Kasanin(1933)首先将一组同时具有精神分裂症和躁狂抑郁症两种症象的病人命名为分裂情感性精神病,并认为是精神分裂症的一个特殊类型。目前对这组疾病的认识尚不一致,各种观点有:(l)本症是独立疾病单元。(2)是精神分裂症的一个类型。(3)本质上是躁狂抑郁症。(4)是两种病的混合状态。目前在我国、美国(DSM一111)和世界卫生组织(ICD一9)的分类方案中,将本症作为独立疾病单元。临床特点是:(l)具有明显的躁狂抑郁症症状,同时兼有精神分裂症表现。(2)病程呈间歇发作,缓解后不遗留明显人格缺陷,预后较好。(3)起病多较急,可有诱因。病前性格无明显缺陷。部分病人可有精神分裂症、躁狂抑郁症或癫痛家族史。 撇亚忠撰刘协和审)
