学习习惯说(habit theory learning)刺激一反应理论家对学习的基本观点之一。他们对习得的是什么的问题的回答是“习惯”。他们认为，学习就是有机体对一定的情境作出一系列的反应的倾向性，即一套复杂的习惯。桑代克、行为主义创始人华生以及新行为主义心理学家赫尔、斯金纳等人都持有这种观点。这种看法，与认知理论家对学习的看法是不同的。认知理论家认为，习得的并不是“习惯”，而是“认知结构”或“真实的知识”。因此，把刺激一反应的学习理论统归于学习的习惯说。 诬亘国撰牟文博审)
