| 动作发展 motor development 由神经中枢 、神经 、肌肉协调控制的身体动作的发展。它是儿童心理学研究的重要课题。从心理的角度看，动作是活动的组成部分 ，动作的发展是儿童活动发展的直接前提。 儿童动作发展遵循3条原则，即①头一尾（从上到下的）原则：儿童最早发展的动作是头部动作，其次是躯干部动作，最后是脚的动作。②近一远（由中心到边缘的）原则：接近身体中心（躯干）部分的肌肉和动作总是先发展，中心的肢端部分的动作最后发展。③整体一部分一整体原则：初生婴儿的动作是混乱笼统的、未分化的大肌肉群动作。随着神经系统和肌肉的成熟以及婴儿自身的反复练习，动作不断分化。婴儿渐渐学会控制身体局部的小肌肉群动作。当身体某部位受到刺激时，能控制仅由有关部位作出反应，而抑制其余部分的动作。在婴儿获得对各部分的小肌肉群动作控制后，又学会把这些小动作“归并”到一起，整合成为更加复杂的整体动作。动作发展就是从大肌肉群动作到小肌肉群动作，从未经分化的混沌的整体动作到分化了的整体动作的不断分化、不断整合的过程。 |
