假性幻觉(pseudohaz卫u。，na，i。n)其特点是幻觉并不存在于客观空间，而是出现在病人的主观空间之内，并非通过感官而感知。假性幻觉是介于知觉和表象之间的一种特殊形式的幻觉，由俄国康金斯基(K aH注。H CK”叫于1890年首先描述。这类幻觉不够鲜明和生动，并不具有真性幻觉那种客观性。幻视的形象往往是不完整的，仅看见形体的一部分，幻听的声音也不够清晰。幻觉并不投射到外界，例如病人闭着眼睛就能看见头脑中有-个人像，未通过耳朵就听到脑子里有人说话的声音‘虽然假性幻觉与真实的知觉不同，但病人仍非常肯定地认为他确实感受到了，对此深信不疑。 (赵亚忠撰刘协和审)
