腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术
手术指征同囊肿切除术，囊肿直径小于8cm，单腔为佳。本手术保留患侧卵巢。术前准备、体位、麻醉、消毒范围、腹腔镜放置同输卵管结扎术。操作时，边电凝边用剪刀剪开卵巢包膜1～2cm，持钳钳夹包膜边缘，另用持钳或剪刀钝性、锐性剥离包膜，剥出囊肿。残存卵巢组织电凝止血，明显活动性出血也可缝扎。刺破囊肿吸出囊液，剥下的囊壁放入特制小袋内，将小袋提出切口外，检查盆腔无活动性出血，取出器械。
